The anger management test is designed to evaluate the manner in which you approach and handle anger inducing situations. You must answer the questions to the anger management test as truthfully as possible, and it should reflect how you've felt within the last year.

Anger Management Solutions
If you answered YES to more than 3 questions than you might need some help dealing with anger.
Your options are
- Consult with a doctor or take a doctors sponsored anger management course, which usually cost around two hundered dollars.
- You could attend anger mangement counseling sessions, which normally cost around 50 dollars per session. They normally take about 15 sessions to be effective.

What if the person who is angry clearly needs anger management but refuses to get help? whips a full cab of pop at family member and makes contact causing bruising.. punches/ holes in walls when angry, daily - calls family members expletives because they feel that someone didnt do something exactly right or forgot to do something, breaks other peoples things in angry outbursts often, drives recklessly when angered in a vehicle. Clearly this person needs help but refuses to admit that they have a problem or are in need of help. How does one get an angry person to get help?

I think this page was useful but idk i did the self test and i answered yes to more than three.. I guess i dso have anger issues. i think this because i can get really mad at the smallest things or out of no where i feel all this anger inside of me for some reason.
I think that everyone just needs to breath I constantly was stressing out as a kid and being angry I took control and now i am the most patient person you will ever meet!

my sister has a serious problem when someone sings or hums she insults them until they cant take it anymore and gets in their faces she also is antisocial and watches anime 24/7 im sure its not the teenage phase either please help me i do not know how to react to her toxic behavior!!
I know I have anger issues and this article was great. For me it is easier to express anger than hurt so I go into anger instantly.
